1. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

 Please note our shipping policy is as follows:

• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you would need to place multiple orders.

• After the purchase order is made, We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 4 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it if its in quantity. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays & Public holidays

• Typically all Mumbai / Pune deliveries are completed within 4 days post shipment and outside Mumbai / Pune deliveries are completed within 4-6 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.

2. We will get back to you after checking availability of all the items and address and tel no. with   our courier agency.
3. The shipping/delivery charges will be notified to you.
4. After we get back to you with your final bill value (inclusive of shipping charges), you can pay     us by the following methods
    Cheque payment – couriered to us or deposited into our bank account.
    Demand draft – couriered to us or deposited into our bank account.
    Cash – deposited into our bank account.
    Online transfer to our bank account.
6. The items will be delivered to you after we receive your payment.
7. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
8. Teracotta Items will be delivered only in Mumbai, Pune, Muncipal Limits

9. Corporate gifts / Paper Products are ordered in minimum quantity of 100 pieces.

10. Subject to Pune Jurisdiction.

Exceptions:

Returns:  Ecogifts will accept returns of the goods purchased subject to terms and conditions mentioned below.

• Customer will have to inform ‘Ecogifts’ of his/her intention to return the product within 3 days of receipt of the goods at his destination.

• Returns, if any have to be made within 30 days of receiving the good.

• The product has to be in its original unused condition to be returned.

• Goods damaged, used or manhandled will not be accepted as returns or refunded.

Refunds:  The refunds will take a minimum of 30 days to be fulfilled as it usually takes about 10-15 days for us to receive the goods from the customer. On receipt of the goods, a confirmation will be sent to the customer on the status of the same and a refund initiated. The refund will be in the form of a cheque in case of Cash on Delivery orders and an electronic refund if the customer has paid through his/her credit or debit card.
The refund policy is as follows

• Goods ordered if not in stock and can’t be exchanged for a similar product will be refunded.

• The refund will be given for the full amount except the amount paid towards shipping and taxes applicable if any.

• If there are genuine quality issues regarding the product

• In case Ecogifts discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price, then a refund for the extra amount charged will be done.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by courier.

3. Package refused by recipient.

4. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

5. In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
